The Constitutional Court has decided. This does not guarantee that the processes to reach the verdict, Prime Minister, in fact surely not, but points out that, though battered and beaten by unscrupulous political forces, our system of constitutional guarantee is still working. Our democracy has yet functional antibodies.
IdV Scandicci joined enthusiastically in the referendum for the repeal of the collection Ruling, knowing that in the event of a negative ruling of the High Court, a referendum would be the only instrument capable of restoring the constitutional right.
Fortunately this has not happened. But I want to thank everyone who helped us in gathering the signatures of all those Saturdays and cold weather, signing, collecting, authenticating and bringing relatives and friends at our stalls in the knowledge that the people are and should remain leader aware of the Italian political choices, and that any new threat to our Constitution there will always be there, groped everything we can because our world is better.
